Can I bring my dog?
We love our furry friends too, but please NO dogs on the property. This is to ensure the
safety and comfort of our animals, your pets, and all of our visitors.
How do I book a private event?
Email, call, or text us and we will schedule and answer any questions for private events
and parties!
Do I have to have an appointment to visit the llamas?
Yes, you do. Our farm is not open to the public outside of scheduled hours. Please
email, call, or use our website to book your experience today!
Are you open year round?
Yes! We are open for events all year round. Call, email, or check our website for
availability.
Can you bring llamas to my event?
Yes, we travel! We can bring llamas to your birthday party, wedding, or any event that
you want to make super unique and exciting!!
Are there food/snacks available?
We have different snacks available; some are seasonal. We have apple cider slushies,
mini fried donuts, chips, drinks, and other snacks!
Do you have a gift shop?
Absolutely! From Ellaberry merch, to items from Peru, to local must-haves, we’ve got the
perfect little mix.
What happens if it rains the day of my event?
We will reach out to you at least 24 hours before your event and let you know if we have
to cancel due to weather conditions.
Can I bring treats for the llamas?
We actually provide treats for you to feed our llamas on Tours or Treks, so just come and
enjoy!
Where are you located?
We are 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville. We are 45 minutes from Downtown
Asheville? We are 1 hour from downtown Greenville, SC.
Can young toddlers participate in Farm Tours?
Yes! Our farm tours are designed for absolutely all ages! We allow young ones to walk
our gentle-giants with the help of an adult or staff if they need it!
Should I bring hiking shoes for the Orchard Trek?
Hiking/walking shoes are highly recommended for our Treks. We will cross various
terrain and would like all participants to be in closed-toe shoes.
